Ordering and Shipping: Australia

Orders placed will be sent out within 2 business days (Monday - Friday).

Complimentary standard domestic shipping (usually 2 - 5 days in metropolitan areas) is included for orders totaling $300 or more.

For orders below $300, a flat-rate fee of $10 will apply for domestic shipping.

Express postage (typically 1-2 days in metropolitan areas) is an option for domestic orders, charged at a fixed rate of $16.

All shipments will be dispatched via Australia Post, accompanied by a tracking number. A signature will be necessary upon delivery for shipments over $300. Should a return be requested due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We gladly accept size exchanges on full-priced items or to return for credit note, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or accept returns on sale items.

To exchange or refund, please ensure that all items are in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. Please be aware that we reserve the right to not accept a return or exchange request if conditions are deemed unsatisfactory.

The purchaser is responsible for covering all shipping costs and any additional charges associated with exchanges for change of mind. We cannot be held responsible for returns and exchanges that are damaged or lost during transit. To ensure a smooth process, please ship returns and exchanges with tracking.
