BELLE's Cloud skirt is as dreamy as you'd think.

Cut from a slinky viscose and rayon blend, she is smooth and cool to the touch with lovely movement when moving.Cut to sit mid-rise with mid length skirt featuring multi-tiered vertical ruching and a flexible fit with an elastic waistband, and double lining.

We love her styled with the Galla top or the Ceil Top. She can be sized up to be worn lower on the hip or sized down to be higher on the hip.
