Katharina Lou may have just gone and made the 60's dress of our dreams. Meet the aptly-named Twiggy Mini in vibrant Red. She features a high neckline and darted bodice, coming into a full pleated mini skirt. Like all Katharina Lou's dresses, she is crafted from a deadstock 100% cotton and has a ever-so-slightly textured finish. We love her with loafers and clogs and a mini bag, or tights and boots for the full 60's fantasy.
